I needed to exchange it and so I had to model a new one. In addition to prevent it from happening again, I have also designed a fender to be attached to the spindle which keeps the cable away from the fan and a cable clamp to attach the cable at the firmly gantry. This clamp is for 25mm version but can be easily changed to any other diameter. For the fender, you just need a M4 screw and a M4 Nylock nut. The Fan is a press fit like the original. Remove the retaining ring an the old fan, tap the new fan onto the spindle-axe using a big hexnut and the back of a big screwdriver. NO BRUTE FORCE! LIGHT TAPS! Then refit the retaining ring (if bent, use new one for safety.) # Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2, for fan 2mm at 0.1 and then 0.2 Infill: 20% Filament_brand: Noyes Filament_material: PLA
